Please contact us before purchasing. We review requests before acceptance to confirm that we can support your devices, rooms, business setup, or technical needs.
Monthly Plans
Monthly support plan payments are generally non-refundable once the billing period begins, because the plan reserves access to support and service availability.
Duplicate or Accidental Payments
If you believe you were charged by mistake or charged more than once, contact us at mike432017@gmail.com so we can review the issue.
Service Issues
If we determine that we cannot provide the approved service after purchase, we may offer a refund, credit, downgrade, or cancellation depending on the situation.
Cancellations

Chargebacks
