These Terms of Service govern your use of Mike Solution Tech Support services, website, support plans, and related customer support communications.

Services

Mike Solution Tech Support provides home and business technology support services for compatible devices, systems, and setups. Support may include remote assistance, setup guidance, troubleshooting, and general technical help.

Service Review Required

All services are subject to review before acceptance. Please contact us before purchasing so we can confirm your request is within our service scope and that we can reasonably support your setup.

Monthly Support Plans

Support plans are billed monthly unless otherwise stated. Plan levels may be based on the number of supported devices, rooms, screens, systems, or locations approved during the review process.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining internet service, keeping your devices powered and available, and following lawful use requirements for your equipment and services.

Lawful Use

You agree not to use our support services for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, misuse of third-party systems, or any activity that violates applicable laws, rules, or third-party terms.

Third-Party Services and Equipment

Some support issues may involve third-party hardware, software, apps, internet providers, platforms, or payment processors. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their outages, restrictions, pricing, policy changes, or service failures.

No Guarantee

We will make reasonable efforts to assist with supported issues, but we do not guarantee that every issue can be resolved. Some issues may depend on third-party providers, hardware limitations, internet service, or customer equipment.

Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. By purchasing a one-time renewal, you authorize that payment. By enrolling in auto-pay, you authorize recurring billing until canceled.

Cancellation

You may request cancellation by contacting us at mike432017@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund prior payments or the current billing period.

We may update these terms when needed. The updated date at the top of this page will show the latest revision date.
